We were approached to help to create a new website for the brand which encouraged bookings as they found that many people did not know they could book directly with the hotel group and receive the best room rates. As a result, users would often book through online travel agencies instead.
The results of the website are clear in a positive increase in transactions since the site went live, coupled with an uplift in the average time users are spending on site as well as a lower bounce rate due to the comprehensive personalisation available onsite.
