Armed with just an existing logo we set out to breathe life into the Ambassador Living brand. We developed a compelling brand story, mission statement, USPs, tagline and tone of voice. We set the full visual style for the brand, creating a full set of brand guidelines, which incorporated a bespoke iconography suite using elements from the brand marque, for use across all channels and collateral. We also introduced a brand quality stamp to highlight the truly premium approach Ambassador Living takes towards homebuilding.
The revamped brand identity and supporting collateral was rolled out with great success. So much so we are continuing to work with Ambassador Living to define sub-brand identities and creative materials for all of their unique developments.
The Apex Hotels website required to be modernised. We achieved this by including website personalisation enabling the brand to tailor their content to key personas – enhancing the customer journey from the outset.
