We strongly believe in giving back and do this every year through multiple initiatives. We’re always looking for opportunities to invest in our communities right across the UK and North America. We offer all our employees paid volunteer time off, organise many group charity and fundraising events and offer match funding.

We support work experience, internships, apprenticeships, mentorships and graduate schemes across different locations in the UK.

Our Promise
As part of our Tiger Promise, we are committed to donating over a year of team time, every year, to charities, community groups and start-ups. This is done partly through our existing paid volunteering time, and through a programme of pro bono work.
As well as giving our entire team two days of volunteering time each year, we pledge an additional two days allowing every tiger to dedicate pro bono time to an organisation of their choice that aligns with our vision and values.
