Each development offers a variety of different housetypes, however, in each home, visitors will find spacious bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, family bathrooms and en suites, and plenty of storage throughout. Whether for working professionals, young families looking for room to grow, or empty nesters who would like to downsize, there’s a Cala home to suit.
Cala also offers a range of financial incentives* including Part Exchange, LBTT Contribution and Mortgage Pay, and open weekend attendees will be able to speak with the housebuilder’s expert sales teams to find out more and discuss the benefits of buying new.
Each development showhome, which includes standouts such as the recently opened Garvie at Conglass Brae in Inverurie, has been designed by Eileen Kesson of Envision and carefully curated to appeal to different purchasers. All include a number of items sourced from local suppliers as part of Cala’s Showhome of Support initiative, which highlights local businesses that can be found in the area.
Charlotte Lynch, Assistant Marketing Manager at Cala Homes (North), said: “Our series of open weekends is a great opportunity for potential buyers who are considering making their move to explore our developments and their surroundings, and find out more about the homes and incentives we have available.
“We have a wide variety of housetypes across fantastic locations which all have different benefits depending on different lifestyles.
