The new collection of showhomes, which are now open to prospective buyers through appointment, include the four-bedroom Colville showhome which spotlights local businesses from Falkirk and nearby communities throughout the home, signposted clearly to those who visit.

The initiative forms part of Cala’s Polmont Community Pledge - a bespoke package of community support designed to assist with local projects which bring benefit and value to the local community, in a meaningful and measurable way.

Cala’s recently opened sales village also includes the three-bedroom Allan and Avon showhomes and five-bedroom Evan and Logan showhomes, giving purchasers the opportunity to view a selection of the wide range of homestyles on offer.

The showhomes we expertly designed by Eileen Kesson at envision, while the Colville features items from several local businesses from the area, including Art of Morrow, Blacknoir Decorative Glass, Falkirk Interiors, and The Scottish Fine Soaps Company.
