We’re fiercely proud of our Tiger habitat, so we’re thrilled to be named a finalist for two IHR - In-house Recruitment awards this year. The IHR Awards celebrate the success of in-house recruitment teams, and we have been recognised in the ‘Best Place to Work – Small’ and ‘Employer Brand’ categories.
At Tigerbond, culture and community are at the heart of everything we do. Our outstanding People & Culture team are committed to nurturing talent from the very beginning, supporting career and personal growth every step of the way. Our bespoke training platform (aptly named The Den) equips our tigers with the tools and confidence they need to thrive in our fast-paced industry. The Den is continuously updated with new material and IRL sessions to support our people at all levels, across PR, social and digital.
We are particularly proud of our proprietary EDDI platform (Equality, Diversity, Decolonization and Inclusion) where we host a wealth of resources, including blogs from our tigers on topics close to their hearts and recordings of IRL training sessions we’ve hosted with the likes of Beat and The Katie Piper Foundation. EDDI is a place free from judgement, where meaningful conversations and diverse perspectives are celebrated and encouraged.
And then there’s Tiger Bonds – a programme that wraps up our Tigers in the Wild volunteer time and pro bono work, Tiger Bees sustainability efforts, and Rising Tigers work experience, internship and mentoring initiative. We are so proud of all our tigers and their commitment to fostering a community based on support, inclusion and respect.
