Cala Homes is launching its new sales suite for the latest phase of its growing Milltimber community, Woodhurst at Oldfold Village.
Off plan sales for the new development will now be available from the sales suite at Woodhurst, which is opening its doors for the first time for an open weekend on 16 and 17 August.
The new sales suite is set in a Lewis home and will offer customers a comfortable and extra spacious setting to speak with the Woodhurst sales team – and even explore one of Cala’s most popular housetypes.
Woodhurst at Oldfold Village is a collection of three-, four- and five-bedroom homes, including Cala housetypes never before seen in Aberdeen, such as the Crieff and the Baxter.
During the open weekend, prospective homebuyers can speak to Cala experts and learn more about the development and the incentives available, including Part Exchange – and enjoy a refreshment or two.
The sales suite will also support sales for Murtle Den Park at Oldfold Village in Milltimber.
Samantha Leckie, marketing manager at Cala Homes (North), said: “Woodhurst at Oldfold Village has already proven popular as we have already taken reservations while based at our previous sales office for Oldfold Village. The new sales suite is a fantastic base for our team and a wonderful space for homebuyers to find out more about the plots we have available and how we can help you turn them into your dream home.
“We look forward to welcoming visitors to our open weekend and opening the doors to our new sales suite for the first time. Our dedicated team will be on hand to answer any questions, give advice and even provide tours of the development.”
Woodhurst at Oldfold Village is set in a semi-rural location, surrounded by stunning woodlands and parks, whilst only being a 20-minute drive to Aberdeen city centre. The highly regarded area of Milltimber itself is particularly known for its attractive green surroundings and convenient location.
As well as being conveniently located within walking distance of public and private schools, such as Cults Primary School and Milltimber Primary School, which both recently came out on top in a list of the best schooling in Aberdeen.
There are plenty of nearby amenities - including shops and eateries – and the development also offers easy access to Aberdeenshire towns like Westhill and Inverurie, and Aberdeen International Airport, thanks to its proximity to the Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route (AWPR).
The showhome at Woodhurst is set to launch on the 28 September by appointment only.
