Cala Homes (West) is supporting local businesses around its newest development in Polmont, as it launches its ‘Showhome of Support’ initiative in the Falkirk area.
‘Showhome of Support’ sees the award-winning homebuilder working in partnership with small independent retailers and creators, by giving them a platform to showcase products, produce, and designs.
Cala is set to source small businesses from the community in and around the area of Polmont, and purchase items from them to add the finishing touches to the upcoming Colville showhome at its newly launched Lathallan Grange development.
All local businesses who feature within the showhome will be signposted throughout the property and support will also be given on the housebuilder’s website with a bespoke landing page as the developer looks to showcase local talent.
Cala have successfully rolled out Showhome of Support throughout the UK, most recently in Hamilton for their Cornhill Village development.
Just Perfect and Interior Thirteen are just a few of the local businesses who have had their wares put on display in Cornhill Village’s Darroch showhome.

Cala is looking to hear from a variety of independent retailers which would like to be considered for a Showhome of Support commission including gift shops, garden centres, fashion boutiques, florists, bookshops, art stores, interiors, framers, food and drink suppliers and furniture makers.

The deadline for applications is Wednesday December 31, and successful businesses will be notified in early January.
