At Wednesday night’s IHR Awards, our team proudly took Silver in the “Best Small Company (under 1000 employees)” category.
This is a tremendous achievement and a testament to the passion, commitment, and teamwork that everyone in our business brings every day.
We were also shortlisted for Best Employer Brand, and although we didn’t place in that category, we’re incredibly proud to have been recognised alongside many esteemed organisations — with Aegon UK taking the top spot this year.
The evening brought us together with an impressive line-up of leading companies, including Virgin Media o2, British Airways, IHG, British Heart Foundation, BBC Studios, Morrisons, Dunelm, DHL and many more. Standing among such well-known organisations highlighted just how far we’ve come and how strong our employer brand and culture truly are.
This recognition belongs to every one of our tigers — and we should all feel incredibly proud.
