Popular Bridge of Weir venue, The Coach House, has launched its new autumn menu, showcasing a collection of comforting, flavour-packed dishes that celebrate the best of the season.
Owned by award-winning hospitality group Buzzworks, the talented kitchen team has utilised the best autumnal ingredients to craft a range of hearty plates and relaxed pub favourites, perfect for cosy catch-ups, casual dining, and gatherings with friends and family.
Among the new highlights are the Lemongrass Chicken Satay, served with crushed peanuts, sesame salad and a creamy coconut satay sauce, and the Chilli & Lime Flaked Hot Smoked Salmon, paired with citrus crème fraîche, brioche croutes and caramelised lemon.
For mains, customers can enjoy the indulgent Smoked Haddock & Mull Cheddar Gratin, served with creamy mash, leeks, spinach and a white wine dill sauce, or a fragrant Goan Vegetable Curry with coconut tomato sauce, rice and mini poppadoms.
Those seeking a hearty delight will love the Supreme Chicken & Parma Ham Crisp, served with rosemary fondant potato, herby greens and a tarragon cream.
The new menu also features Grazing Boards and a House Seafood Plate – perfect for sharing. Highlights include tahini houmous, grilled halloumi, vegetable tempura, olives, sun-blush tomatoes and freshly baked sourdough, while seafood lovers can enjoy a mix of Bloody Mary prawn cocktail, Scottish smoked salmon, haddock goujons and pil pil prawns with dips and tartare sauce.
Those with a sweet tooth will be tempted by desserts such as the Apple & Bramble Crumble, topped with cranberry and almond granola and served with vanilla ice cream, or the indulgent Chocolate & Caramel Choux Bun with Chantilly cream, chocolate ice cream and hazelnuts.
Luke Canning, General Manager at The Coach House, said: “Our new menu is all about great food and good company, with a mix of comforting seasonal dishes, classic pub favourites and fresh flavours that bring people together.
“Whether you’re joining us for a Sunday roast, a laid-back drink while catching the latest sports on the big screen, or a meal in the restaurant with family and friends, there’s something for everyone at The Coach House, making it the perfect spot to unwind and make the most of autumn.”
Customers are welcome to drop in any time for breakfast, lunch, dinner or simply a coffee and cake. The Fork Out Less menu also offers excellent value, with options such as soup and sandwiches or lighter lunches from £9.95, and two-course menus from £18.95. Popular picks include crispy calamari, steak frites and harissa-grilled chicken – proof that great flavour doesn’t need to come at a premium.
Looking ahead to the festive season, The Coach House also has a busy calendar of events including a Whisky tasting in the pub and a series of Breakfast with Santa experiences for the whole family. With festive dates already filling fast, customers are encouraged to book early for seasonal dining and Christmas celebrations.
