Last week, our People Director, Emma Laye and Senior Operations & People Manager, Anne Marie McDonnell, attended the Culture Pioneer Awards and Leadership Forum, where Tigerbond was shortlisted for two awards – Learning and Inclusion.
It was a jam-packed day filled with round tables, networking and presentations. It was a true privilege to hear from other companies who harbour the same beliefs of inclusion equality and diversity.
The win escaped us this time, but it is of course a huge win to be considered alongside big names such as Comic Relief and V&A. We are honoured to have been recognised for fostering an inclusive workplace where every tiger gets the same opportunity to thrive and for our comprehensive training hub – The Den. We look forward to continuing to nurture our habitat!
